Delivery Information

UK and Channel Islands

* UK Delivery is free of charge. Orders received before midday (12pm) - Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day subject to stock availability.

Orders received after these times and during weekends will be dispatched on the next working day (subject to availability). During busy periods this might be slightly longer due to high volumes being handled. You will be advised by e-mail as to the day of dispatch.

Delivery Method and Charges

Orders up to £99

Are sent with Royal Mail 1st class post. Allow 1-3 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Orders over £100

Are sent with Royal Mail Tracked Next Day or Royal Mail Recorded and require a signature upon delivery. AM delivery can be arranged at extra cost. Allow 1 working day for delivery after dispatch. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address.

International Deliveries

** We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working days after we receive your order, stock permitting.

If any items are out of stock your order will be dispatched within 7 working days. During busy periods this might be slightly longer due to high volumes being handled. We always attempt to dispatch international orders complete. You will be advised by e-mail as to the day of dispatch.

Delivery Method and Charges

Orders up to £149

Are sent with Royal Mail 1st class airmail post or City Link priority post. Allow 7-14 working days for delivery after dispatch, depending on region. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout. There are no carriage charges for orders over £50 being sent to Western Europe.

VAT will be deducted for orders being delivered outside of the EU.

For complete peace of mind all orders made for China will be sent Goldstar International Couriers.

Wolford Partner Boutique London cannot be held liable for customs & import charges & duties. Any charges payable are the responsibility of the receiver.

Orders over £150

To Western Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, plus certain Middle Eastern destinations are sent with Goldstar International couriers. Allow 3-10 working days for delivery after dispatch.  Requires signature upon receipt. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout.

Orders over £150

To Eastern  Europe and all other Worldwide destinations will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post, City Link priority post and if over £200 by Goldstar International couriers (a signature will be required upon receipt). If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Carriage charges and method will be calculated at time of checkout.

VAT will be deducted for orders being delivered outside of the EU.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We will exchange or refund any items of Legwear (Tights, Stay-Ups, Knee Highs etc), which are returned unopened within 28 days of despatch.

We will exchange or refund any Ready2Wear, Bodywear, Lingerie and Swimwear or other Non Legwear items provided they are returned unworn in perfect condition with all their original packaging intact within 28 days of dispatch.

Special orders (i.e goods ordered in specially that we do not normally stock) cannot be returned.

Please ensure that high value items are returned via registered or recorded post and that they are insured. We cannot be held responsible for the loss in transit of returned goods.

Refunds will be issued within 1 week of the returns being received.


Faulty Goods & Complaints

We will exchange or refund any items of Legwear (Tights, Stay-Ups, Knee Highs etc), which are returned unopened within 28 days of despatch.
