Legwear Features

All Wolford Legwear products have quality features that are also selling points. Wolford is upgrading its Legwear Essentials with the aim of making its established products more comfortable, more attractive and more modern for its customers. In a nutshell, even better - and without increasing prices. Improvements will be made gradually and announced at the appropriate time following extensive test phases.
1. FIT
Wolford Legwear is anatomically knit in accordance with the shape of the leg. Tighter stitching in the knee and ankle regions ensures a perfect leg-hugging fit.

KNITTED-IN WAISTBAND
  • Waistband is automatically knitted in

  • Highly elastic and extremely soft
  • 100% quality control with regard to: total elongation, strength, colour affinity NEW: smoothly knit with knitted-in Wolford logo, visually coordinated with the various parts of the leg (matt or shiny, depending on the stocking material)
SEWN-ON WAISTBAND
  • Waistband is sewn on to the tights in a seperate production process

FATAL WAISTBAND

LOGIC FINISH
  • no waistband
  • reinforced zone at top of panty for perfect fit

3. FOUR NEEDLE FLAT SEAM

  • Seam is adapted to the female form (rear seam 5cm longer)

    5. TOE SEAM

  • Closed with the finest threads
  • Extremely high number of stitches (35 stitches per cm!)
  • Not perceptible in shoes
